Who operates LaunchProof

LaunchProof is a CompanyNerve product operated by Exponential Education SRL. For privacy questions, contact contact@exponentialeducation.ro.

What belongs in the service

Account identity, workspace membership, application metadata, authorization attestations, redacted findings, review notes, and operational audit records support the reporting workflow. Commercial records apply when commerce becomes available.

Target credentials and raw production customer data do not belong in reports. Execute locally with disposable fixtures, inspect redaction, and upload only the report you intend to share with your workspace.

Retention and deletion

Hosted report retention is 7 days for Community, 30 days for Solo, and 90 days for Team. Each report shows its expiry. Authorized users can delete reports; owners can delete applications with a name confirmation. Local files remain under your control.

Account and workspace settings expose export and deletion actions. Deleting a LaunchProof profile does not delete the shared CompanyNerve identity. Some operational or commercial records may require separate handling; the final policy must state retention grounds before live commerce.

Access and service providers

Current workspace membership controls hosted report access. Scoped application tokens grant only their declared permissions. Identity, hosting, and data infrastructure process data needed to operate the service. The final provider list and international-transfer information remain part of legal review.

Sign-in uses session cookies. Do not send target secrets when requesting access, correction, export, or deletion assistance. Contact the address above with your workspace and request.
