Withdrawal and refunds

Live paid checkout is currently unavailable. The rules below explain cancellation and refund rights for LaunchProof purchases when offered. Mandatory consumer protections always apply.

Contact the seller

Send a withdrawal or refund request by email or post to the seller below. Include your name, account email, service, order reference if available, and the request. No special wording or form is required. Do not send card details or credentials.

Consumer withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer under an applicable distance-service contract, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unambiguous withdrawal statement before the deadline. This right is separate from stopping the next subscription renewal. If legally required withdrawal information was not supplied, the statutory extension applies.

We reimburse payments due following a valid withdrawal without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and charge no reimbursement fee. Any lawful deduction for service already supplied is limited as described below.

Starting a service during those 14 days

If you want an assisted review or subscription service to start during the withdrawal period, the legally required express request must be made separately from general terms acceptance. If you then withdraw, a proportionate amount for service actually supplied can be due only where the required request and prior information were provided.

For a paid service, loss of the withdrawal right on full performance requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence, together with any legally required confirmation. A subscription is not fully performed simply because you sign in or view a report. We do not treat payment, a checkbox accepting general terms, or use of the service as an automatic waiver.

Different rules can apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium. We do not rely on that exception to remove rights for the hosted service or assisted review merely because delivery is online. Any legally valid exception must be clearly explained and separately agreed before it applies.

Cancellation and other refunds

Cancel subscription renewal through the workspace billing controls and Stripe portal when available, or contact contact@exponentialeducation.ro for help. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the paid period. It does not automatically request a refund for the current period. Consumer withdrawal, defective-service remedies, and other rights remain available regardless.

If a service was not delivered, a charge is incorrect or duplicated, or the service does not conform to what was agreed, contact us with the details. Consumers may be entitled to supply or correction, a price reduction, termination, or reimbursement under the applicable rules for digital services. An expired withdrawal period does not remove these remedies.

For business purchases, cancellation and any additional commercial refund are governed by the agreed order and applicable law. We assess other refund requests according to the work delivered, the agreed scope, and the reason for the request. This does not limit any mandatory right.
